Terms of Service

The Rules of the House

Buying from Kosher Couture means agreeing to the terms on this page. We kept them short and wrote them like people, because a contract you can actually read is a contract you can actually trust.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

How Orders Work

Every piece is printed to order. When you place an order, you are asking us to make it; the order is accepted once we confirm it by email and send it into production. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, production starts quickly, and a confirmed order usually can’t be changed once printing begins.

We do our best to show accurate prices, colors, and product details, but mistakes happen. If a listing carries an obvious error (a $2 hoodie is a typo, not a gift), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before it goes to production. We can also decline an order that looks fraudulent. Either way, you get your money back.

Payments

Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated from your address and shown before you pay.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery windows, return eligibility, and how to start a return all live on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. The short version: if we got it wrong (misprint, damage, wrong item), we make it right. If a made-to-order piece simply isn’t your style, read that page before ordering, because print-on-demand returns work differently than warehouse retail.

Your Account of You

There are no customer accounts here and no passwords to forget. You give us an email and shipping address at checkout, and we use them to fulfill your order. How we handle that data is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is also part of these terms.

The Designs Are Ours

The Kosher Couture name, wordmark, product designs, product names, and the writing on this site belong to Kosher Couture. Wear the pieces anywhere, photograph them, post them, gift them. What you can’t do is reproduce the artwork, print it on your own products, or sell merchandise using our designs or name.

If you send us photos, reviews, or kind words, you keep ownership of them, and you’re giving us permission to share them in our marketing with credit where we can. If you ever want one taken down, ask and it comes down.

The Boring but Important Bits

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms as the business grows. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page; the version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to it. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
