Every Kosher Couture order is printed to order, not pulled off a shelf. That changes how production, shipping, and returns work compared to a store selling pre-made stock, so here it is in plain language.
Production
Nothing is made until you order it. Once you check out, your piece is printed at a facility near you and then handed off for shipping. That means your total wait time is production plus transit, not transit alone.
Shipping
Shipping time varies by product and destination. Your exact estimate shows at checkout before you pay, based on your item and address.
Returns & Exchanges
Here’s the honest version: every piece is printed just for you, so there’s no shelf to put it back on. That means we can’t take change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Before you order, spend a minute with the size guide first, since it exists so you get the fit right the first time.
But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, that’s on us, and we make it right, every time. Replacement or refund, your call, no drama and no fine-print scavenger hunt. Reach out and we’ll take care of it.
