Kosher Couture
FAQ

Questions, Answered

How Kosher Couture is made, how shipping and returns work, and where your money goes. If something is still unclear after this, reach out and we will answer it directly.

How are Kosher Couture products made?

Every piece is print-on-demand. Nothing is made until you order it, and printing happens at facilities near you rather than one warehouse shipping the whole country. That keeps quality high and cuts out the overproduction that fills landfills with unsold clothes.

How long does shipping take?

Because each piece is printed for your order, total time is production plus transit, not just transit. Production and shipping estimates are shown at checkout for your specific item, since they vary by product and destination.

What is your return policy?

Every piece is printed just for you, so we can’t take change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Check the size guide before you order to nail the fit. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we’ll replace or refund it, no drama. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Where does the 10% go?

10% of net profits goes to Jewish community charities. American Friends of Magen David Adom (AFMDA) is the current featured organization. See Tzedakah Time for the full story and how the giving works.
