What We Know About You (And What We Do With It)

Privacy policies are usually where honesty goes to hide. Not here. This page lists everything we collect, why we collect it, and who touches it, in plain language, because you should be able to read the policy without a law degree.

When You Place an Order

Payment happens on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not on our site. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and stays there. We never see it and never store it.

What we do keep is an order record: your email address, your shipping address, and what you bought, stored in our database (hosted on Supabase). We need it to make your order, get it to you, and answer “where’s my order?” when you ask.

Because every piece is printed to order, your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with our print partners, Printful and Printify. They’re the ones physically printing your piece and putting it in the mail. That’s the whole reason they get it, and the only one.

Order Emails

Order confirmation emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery service. It gets your email address for exactly that purpose: sending you the emails about your order.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your information exists to get a shirt to your door, full stop.

We also don’t follow you around the internet. No ad trackers, no retargeting pixels, nothing that watches you after you leave. What we do run is Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows us which pages and products people actually look at; it sets a cookie so a returning visitor isn’t counted twice, and we read it in aggregate. It never tells us who you are, and we never try to find out.

Your cart lives in your own browser’s local storage, on your device, not on our servers. When you pay, Stripe’s checkout page may use its own cookies to process the payment securely; that’s Stripe’s, covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Newsletter & Contact Forms

Subscribe to our emails and we store your email address. Write to us through the contact page and we store your name, email, and message so we can actually reply. Both are held in NoCodeBackend, the service that powers our forms, and used for nothing else.

Our iOS Apps

The apps have no accounts, no tracking SDKs, and no analytics SDKs. If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device’s push token, an anonymous identifier, solely to send you order updates and new drop alerts. Checking on an order in the app uses only your email and order number to look it up. That’s the complete list of what the apps collect.

Your Data, Your Call

Want your data deleted, corrected, or just want to know exactly what we have? Reach out through the contact page or email support@koshercouture.com and we’ll handle it. No forms in triplicate, no fine-print scavenger hunt. If we ever change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
