  • Print on Demand (PoD): Each piece is as unique as our fabulous customers. Printed just for you, because who likes waiting for a restock?
  • Multi-Vendor Magic: Like a well-organized Passover Seder, we collaborate with various vendors to bring you the best. This means items might arrive separately, but hey, more surprises!

The Details (Because Devil's in the Details, Darling!):

  1. Production Time:

    • Each item is crafted post-order, ensuring quality and exclusivity. Production time varies but generally takes about 2-7 business days. Our fashion elves work tirelessly, but they're not robots!

  2. Shipping Scoop:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivered faster than your your mom's brisket - typically within 3-7 business days in the U.S. and 7-21 days internationally.
    • Multiple Packages: Like a good Jewish wedding, things can get a bit dispersed. Items may ship separately due to different vendors - double the unboxing fun!

  3. International Customs and Duties:

    • Just like we respect dietary laws, we respect international laws too. Duties and taxes are not in our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  4. Tracking Your Treasures:

    • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number faster than you can say “L’chaim!” Check your email for updates.

  5. Returns & Exchanges:

    • We aim for 100% kvelling (joy). If it's not right, contact us within 14 days for return or exchange instructions. Sadly, custom orders can’t be returned - they’re as unique as your grandma's kugel recipe.
